It’s been 28 years since autistic eight year old Kim Nguyen was abducted from his Garland, Texas home and murdered. To this day, there are no suspects, but it was suspected that his case was related to several other unsolved homicides and disappearances of young boys in the local area.
I’ve stumbled upon the petition for the reopening of his case and I implore you all to sign it and spread this if possible. His family has been waiting for almost 30 years for his case to be solved. A murder of a vulnerable child should never be a cold case. Kim Nguyen deserves justice.
i learned that the use of torture was heavily restricted by the Spanish Inquisition. A doctor had to certify that the prisoner was healthy enough for torture, which could only be applied for 15 minutes. Torture couldn’t be used to obtain a confession, nor was it allowed to draw blood or leave permanent damage (x)
